Squidoo
Squidoo Squidoo is website on the internet that offers free web space to the general public. Once a person becomes a member they are free to create mini sites called Lenses. A Lens is a mini site containing a personal view about any topic a person would like to display. A Squidoo member is free to create an unlimited number of Lenses. A person that creates one or more lenses is called a Lensmaster. Lenses are fun and easy to make. No web coding skills are needed and lens creation is a snap! Each lens is composed of several modules. A module is a micro template. While in edit mode you just select a module to add and click the Add Module button. There are many useful module templates. That’s right, they are pre-made and all you have to do is tweak them until they are modified to your liking. There are text modules, picture modules, several money making modules, video modules, poll modules, and just about every type of module you can imagine. Benefits Of Squidoo There are many benefits to becoming a Lensmaster. Self expression or freedom of speech is encouraged at Squidoo. Voice your opinion on just about anything. You can create back links to any websites or blogs that you may have. A back link is a link that leads to a website of your own choosing. This can create visitor traffic to your site and boost page rank at your site or your blog as well. You can create as many links as you like. You can also make money in several different ways. Earn Squidoo Revenue In Many Different Ways For each lens that a Lensmaster creates, there are multiple earning opportunities. Squidoo is a cooperative. This means that revenue is shared among each member. Each lens generates ad revenue from ads that are automatically served to the lenses. The revenue is divided up each month and distributed to each Lensmaster. The more lenses you have, the more coop revenue you get each month. Imagine having dozens of lenses! But that’s just the beginning. You can insert money-making modules such as Amazon modules, eBay modules, and many others. You can let the modules pick products for sale or you can choose your own. You can also decide whether or not to display the pre-made product description or you can write your own. Additionally, you can create text modules that will allow you to insert affiliate code. You can make commissions by selling affiliate products right from your Squidoo lenses. Another great aspect of Squidoo is that you get a referral bonus when a would-be member signs up to create a lens while visiting your lens. Interactive Value For Visitors There is quite a bit of interactive value for visitors provided you have added some interactive modules. Squidoo visitors can vote in custom polls, watch videos, look at pictures, read articles, sign a guestbook, rate your lens, click your affiliate links and lens ads, and more.
